The firm was founded by Ralph Rogari.

Ralph has spent more than thirty years representing people who lives have been turned upside down by injury or criminal prosecution. While most cases settle, we are a trial law firm. We prepare your case with the expectation that to obtain justice a trial will be necessary.

In 2006, to hone, learn and develop dynamic, productive trial skills, Ralph spent a month in Wyoming with fifty attorneys from across the United States, studying under the guidance of renowned trial lawyer Gerry Spence. The lawyers Ralph worked with then, and many others since, we consider part of our team. These availability of these lawyers provide us a nationwide resource that allows us to stand up for you and fight against big government, large insurance and other corporate entities.
